Reply for Free

This feature allows free members to reply to paid subscriber emails. The paid subscriber assumes the cost as this requires an additional Add-On purchase.

Once the purchase is complete, the paid subscriber must send an email to the free member. The free member's Messages (email) inbox is split into two sections: Reply for Free and Subscribe to Read emails.

Free members must sign into the Match website or mobile site to respond as external email locations, the applications will not work.

How do I Purchase Reply for Free?

At the top of your screen, click the "POWER UP" button. You will be directed to the Add-on screen where you must select the Add button below Guarantee Anyone Can Reply to Your Emails. Or if you are currently creating an email, simply click the Guarantee They will Read it button located at the bottom of the message field. This takes you to the payment screen for processing, and a confirmation is provided on the screen. Don't worry if you are in the middle of your subscription, we will prorate the feature based on the time remaining on your account.

Your Reply For Free Email Folder

When you see a Reply for Free folder on the Home and Messages screens it indicates another member has paid an additional fee that allows you to communicate for free via email with him/her.

Emails may only be reviewed or replied to by the member who has initiated the contact. To email other Match members, you must purchase a subscription.
