How To Delete Your Match Account

You can delete your Match account either on the app or on the website. You also have the option to hide your account instead of deleting it permanently.

On the Match App

1. Tap your Profile.
   
   
2. Tap the gear icon in the top-right corner to open Settings.
   
   
3. Tap Manage Account, then select Delete Account.
   
   
4. Choose either:
   
   
   • Hide your account
     
     
   • Delete My Account to permanently remove your account
     
     

On the Website

1. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of the navigation bar to open Settings.
   
   
2. Click Manage Account.
   
   
3. Scroll down and click Delete Account.
   
   
4. Choose either:
   
   
   • Hide your account
     
     
   • Delete My Account to permanently remove your account
     
     

Important Notes

• You will not receive an email confirming account deletion.
• Deleting your account is permanent; all your matches, messages, and profile information will be removed.
