In general, if you're having trouble with the Match app, then you should check your mobile app store to see if a new version of the Match app is available. We’ve found that downloading the latest version of our app resolves most issues our members have.
If you need to contact Customer Care about a technical issue with the Match app, then it's good to know what version of the app you're currently using. This is one of the things we'll ask you about when we're trying to diagnose and resolve the issue.
You can find your current app version at the bottom of the Settings page in the app. Simply scroll to the very bottom of the page, and you'll see some light grey text. Your app version is the last thing on this line, after the copyright information.
You can also go into your phone's App Settings, and check the information for the Match app. The app version should be available there.
