Not Receiving Notifications On-Site
We try not to clutter your on-site inbox with our messages to you. Instead, when we need to update you about new Messages, Likes, and "They're Interested," we send those messages to you at your off-site email address.
Not receiving notifications?
- Make sure in your Account Settings that we have the right email address on file for you.
- Check your Notifications to see if you're signed up to receive emails from us.
- Check with your email provider to see whether your notifications are being blocked or diverted to a Spam folder.
- Gmail users should check the Social and Promotions tab of their inbox, too.
