Match Group Offers: Transfer Your Dating Profile
Each Match Group service has its own community, perks and functionalities. Based on your profile information, we may suggest you join one of them if we believe you match their targeted audience. If you choose to join, we will facilitate account creation by transferring your existing profile on that new service. No re-writing bios or re-uploading photos!
Being on more than one gives you access to different groups, interests, and relationship styles—without losing what you already have.
If I transfer my profile to another Match Group service, will I lose my Match profile?
No. Transferring your profile simply creates a second profile on the new app. Your Match account will stay active.
Do I need to sign up separately on the other app?
No. The transfer creates your new account and profile automatically. You can then log in to the new app and continue from there.
What parts of my profile transfer over?
Everything that is currently visible on your profile and that is an existing profile information on the other service will be transferred so your profile is as complete as possible.
Is there anything that won’t transfer?
We only send what’s on your public profile, along with a few account details (such as your email or phone number) to be able to create that new account..
If I have a paid subscription, does that transfer too?
No. Any subscription or paid features you have on your current app won’t transfer.
How will I know the transfer worked?
After the transfer finishes, you’ll receive a confirmation screen and a prompt to download the new app. Once it’s installed, just log in to access your newly created profile.
Can I choose what information gets transferred?
No, all profile information that matches existing profile information in the other Match Group service is being transferred automatically. However, you can edit or remove anything on the new service after the transfer is complete.
Can I cancel or undo a transfer?
You can’t undo a transfer, but you can always delete or edit the new profile in the receiving Match Group service.
I don’t see Match Group Offers. Why?
Match Group offers are not shown to all users, they are shown to users matching a Match Group service targeted audience.
Can I get an offer for more than one Match Group service?
Yes, we may suggest you to join several of Match Group services depending on your profile information and their targeted audience. If that is the case. you can choose any of them and each transfer creates a separate new profile.
