Email Address Cannot Be Used
If you see a message that your email address can’t be used when signing up, it’s because that email is already connected to a Match account. Each email can only be used for one account on Match.
This Sometimes Happens If:
- You created an account in the past and forgot about it
- You signed up on another device
- You deleted the app, but not the account
No worries — it’s easy to get back in.
How to Fix It
