Unable to Sign In
Having trouble signing in to your Match account? This guide helps you troubleshoot common login issues, including password problems, unrecognized emails, and location restrictions. Learn how to reset your password and regain access quickly and securely.
If you're having trouble signing in, try the steps below:
Check Your Email and Password
- If your password is auto-filling, try typing it in manually.
- If that doesn’t work, use the Forgot Password option. Enter the email address you used to create your Match account, and we’ll send you a link to reset your password.
- If the reset page says your email isn’t recognized, make sure you're using the email linked to your Match account. If you have more than one account, make sure you're entering the right one.
- If you’re copying and pasting your password, make sure you didn’t copy any extra spaces before or after it.
If You Still Can’t Sign In
- Match sign-in is only available when you are in Canada or the United States. If you're traveling outside these regions, you won’t be able to log in.
- If you're a paid subscriber, check your bank or card account to confirm your latest payment. If you see that your subscription charge was returned unexpectedly, contact us so we can help.
- If you reset your password but still can’t sign in, make sure you’re using the U.S. sign-in page: https://us.match.com
