How to Subscribe + Payment Options

To subscribe, following the steps below:

1. Sign up for a free account (if you haven't already done so)

2. Click on Subscribe/Upgrade from your Profile page if you're using the Match app or Subscribe in the navigation bar at the top of the Match website

The subscription page will direct you to choose from our different subscription packages and walk you through the billing process.

Buy Now Pay Later

With Buy Now Pay Later you can enjoy all the benefits of our wonderful subscriptions and pay over time. When you choose 4 stress-free payments:

  • Pay your first installment today, then the remaining three payments every two weeks.
  • Your subscription renews with installment payments.
  • No credit checks or interest fees applied.

Once you choose the installment payment option, you will see the breakdown of what each payment will cost and the date in which you will be billed.

iOS app

When you’re using our iOS app, you’ll have the option to purchase a Match subscription through your iTunes account as an In-App Purchase. When you use this option, your subscription and billing information will be managed by Apple. For this reason, we won’t be able to make any changes to your billing, like turning off auto-renewal or issuing refunds. Prepaid Credit Card

We do accept prepaid cards on our site. The card issuer may require that you register the card on their website first. Information and instructions on how to register your prepaid card should be listed on the back of the card itself.

Most gift cards and prepaid cards require you to activate them first.

If the prepaid card has enough money on it when it’s time to renew (and if you don’t turn off auto-renewal), then your Match subscription will renew successfully. If there’s not enough money on the card at the time of renewal, then your renewal will not be processed. To avoid a lapse in your service, you may want to subscribe with a debit or credit card so your subscription can be automatically renewed.

Mail a Check or Money Order

To request a subscription with a physical check or money order, please make your check or money order payable to Match (drawn on U.S. funds only) and include your username, email address, and whether you'd like a 3-month or 6-month subscription package.

IMPORTANT: We do not currently accept payments by mail (physical checks or money orders) for 1-month subscriptions, premium services, or promotional rates/discounted offers.

When paying by mail, send your payment to the following address (mail delivery and processing time may take up to 14 business days):

To enjoy uninterrupted service, be sure to renew your 3-month or 6-month subscription before it ends. Just send another payment via mail (be sure to include your username, email address, and package choice), or subscribe online with a credit or debit card.
