If your credit/debit card expires during your subscription term and your financial institution issues you a new card for the same account, your payment information with Match will often be updated automatically by your financial institution. This means we’ll usually be able to process new charges (like subscription renewals) even if you don’t manually update your billing information. So if you don’t want to be charged for subscription renewal, make sure you turn off auto-renewal for your account.
If the card number that you used to subscribe with us is no longer valid, or if you'd like to use a different method of payment for future billings, then you should update your payment information to make sure your subscription will renew properly. To do this, simply go to your Subscription Status page, and then select the "Change Payment Method" link under the payment details on file.
