Reactivating a Paid Subscription
If you turned off auto-renewal but your subscription hasn’t expired, click the Reactivate button in the top navigation bar to resume auto-renewal. You won’t be charged immediately; your subscription will renew at the end of the current term. If your subscription has expired, you can restore benefits by purchasing a new subscription.
If Your Subscription Hasn’t Expired
- Click Reactivate to turn auto-renewal back on.

If Your Subscription Has Expired
- If your renewal date has passed, your subscription has expired and your account is now in “free member” mode.
- The Reactivate button will not appear.
- To regain subscriber benefits, you must purchase a new subscription and restore your subscription.
