Adding a Subscription

If you already have an active subscription and want to add a 6-month term, you don't have to cancel your 1-month subscription and wait for your subscriber benefits to expire. Instead, you can add a new subscription to your account ahead of time!

Simply sign in to your account and go to your Subscription Status page, then follow these steps:

  1. Under your current subscription package, click on Choose an additional subscription package.
  2. Select a subscription package.
  3. Click on Continue.
  4. Enter any payment information that may be requested.
  5. Click on Subscribe.

You will be charged immediately, and your new subscription period will begin when your current subscription period ends.

Upgrading a Subscription

You may want to upgrade your current subscription package by adding premium features. Some of our premium features (like Private Mode, for example) will renew along with your subscription. 

To add premium features, sign in to your account and go to your Subscription Status page, then follow these steps:

  1. Under your current subscription package, click on “Buy additional Match.com services.”
  2. Locate the feature you want to add, and click on Buy Now.
  3. Enter any payment information that may be requested.
  4. Click on Subscribe or Buy Now.

You will be charged immediately. The cost of renewing features (like Private Mode for example) will be pro-rated for the rest of your current subscription term. When your subscription renews, these premium feature will also renew. Please note, that there is no way to pause a subscription once you have subscribed.
