Receiving a Free Trial

A free trial is a great way to test out our subscriber benefits while you're thinking about purchasing a subscription. It allows you to use the subscriber-only benefits for free for a few days.

When you have a free account, we’ll often send you promotional emails with free trial offers and other discounts. So if you're interested, go to the Email Preferences section on your Account Settings page and make sure “Match Offers” are turned on.

Redeeming a Free Trial

When you receive a free trial offer, the email will include instructions for redeeming it. You'll be asked to choose a paid subscription package and provide payment information so that you can automatically keep your subscriber benefits when your free trial is over. If you decide you don't want to be charged, simply cancel your subscription before the free trial period ends.

I'm not eligible

If you've recently enjoyed a free trial, or you're tired of waiting for a promotion, just go ahead and subscribe! We're pretty sure you're going to like Match.

Click on the Subscribe button in the navigation bar at the top of the screen. (If you’re using Match on a mobile device, you can find the Subscribe or Upgrade option on your Profile page.) The subscription page will direct you to choose from our different subscription packages and walk you through the billing process.
